Service Description
Looking to improve your speed, endurance, or running form? 1-on-1 track training is designed to meet you where you are and help you push past your limits—whether you're a competitive athlete, getting back into fitness, or just want to move better. Each session is tailored to your goals and needs. We’ll focus on proper running mechanics, sprint work, stride efficiency, strength, mobility, and injury prevention. You’ll get real-time feedback, personalized drills, and progress tracking to help you stay motivated and on track. With full attention on you, these sessions create space to grow—physically and mentally. It’s not just about running faster, it’s about moving smarter and building confidence every step of the way. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just want to feel stronger on the track, this is where you start.




Cancellation Policy
class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be marked as a late cancel and count as a used class for that month. No-shows will also count as a used class and will be charged if took up spot for someone on waitlist Waitlist Policy If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added and notified via email or text. Once added from the waitlist, the spot is yours—normal cancellation rules apply. If you’re no longer available, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being auto-added.
