By completing a booking or purchase on CEPFitness&Athletics training website, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms are accepted. Refund Policy: NO Refunds will be issued. All sales are final ! Late Policy: Clients have a 10-minute grace period window. After 10 minutes, session can be cancelled. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled sessions. This includes wearing appropriate attire, bringing necessary equipment, and adhering to any safety guidelines provided. Safety and Liability: Participation in athletic training sessions involves inherent risks. By booking a session, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold the company and its affiliates harmless from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the session.
